How we review Nine Casino and score each facet fairly

Our score is an editorial judgement built on one source of truth: the operator’s own published material — terms and conditions, bonus rules, payment pages, licence records and the live product itself. We analyse what the operator commits to in writing, because that is what you can hold it to.

The five facets

• Games — library size and provider quality, demo availability, live floor depth.
• Bonuses — honest value after wagering, clarity of terms, ongoing promotions.
• Payouts — published processing windows, method coverage, KYC friction.
• Support — channels, availability, language coverage.

What we never do

Where the numbers come from

Game counts, provider lists and payment windows are read off the operator’s own pages and cross-checked against the live product. Licence details come from the Curaçao register rather than from the casino’s footer, because a badge in a footer is a picture and a register entry is a record.

When two sources disagree — a marketing page claiming a higher game count than the lobby filter returns, for instance — we publish the conservative figure and note the discrepancy rather than picking the more impressive number.

How the score moves

A facet score changes when the underlying fact changes: a shortened payout window lifts Payouts, a stricter bonus term lowers Bonuses, a native app would lift Mobile. Scores are not adjusted for commercial reasons, and we do not have a house minimum below which a casino cannot fall.

Because the review is built on published terms rather than a private test account, everything we assert can be checked by a reader in a couple of minutes. That is the point: a methodology you cannot audit is just an opinion with a number attached.
